Delivery of our items can only be made to Luxembourg.
We deliver free of charge from 50.00 EUR incl. VAT value of goods, i.e. without a flat rate for postage and packaging.
For a value of goods up to 49.99 EUR incl. VAT, we charge a flat rate for postage and packaging of 6.20 EUR incl. VAT.
Deliveries are made within 2-3 working days (Monday to Friday) from the date of the order confirmation to you, in the case of dispatch against prepayment from the working day following your transfer / deposit. The stated delivery period begins with the date of the order confirmation. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if the goods to be delivered are dispatched before the deadline expires. All agreed delivery periods shall apply subject to correct and timely self-supply if we are not responsible for the lack of availability.
The delivery period shall be extended appropriately in the event of measures within the scope of work stoppages, in particular strikes and lockouts, as well as circumstances for which we are not responsible, such as statutory or official orders (e.g. import and export restrictions) or in cases of delivery delays due to force majeure. We are also not responsible for the aforementioned circumstances if they arise during an already existing delay. We will inform you as soon as possible of the beginning and end of such obstacles in important cases. In the event of delays in delivery for which we are not responsible, we shall be entitled to terminate the contract on account of the part of the contract not yet fulfilled and to invoice the services rendered to date. Any liability on our part for the aforementioned delays in delivery or any termination of the contract resulting therefrom shall be excluded.
If we are responsible for non-compliance with bindingly agreed deadlines and dates or if we are in default, your claim for compensation for damages caused by default shall be limited to a maximum of 5% of the invoice value of the deliveries and services affected by the default. Liability is limited to typical and foreseeable damages. Any further claims are excluded, unless the delay is due to intent or gross negligence on our part or on the part of our vicarious agents or legal representatives.

For deliveries during school holidays, please note that we will only make deliveries to schools during school holidays if you guarantee us acceptance of the shipment in your order. Otherwise, the delivery will be made immediately after school resumes.
For commercial customers, the risk for shipments from us passes to the customer as soon as the shipment leaves our premises. For consumers, in the case of the purchase of consumer goods, the risk shall pass to the customer upon receipt of the consignment. In order for us to be able to take care of compensation or replacement delivery, please request a statement of facts from the deliverer (e.g. what can be ascertained: type of damage, where, when) and a prepared declaration of assignment from us. Even in the case of transport damage that is not visible from the outside, the recipient should arrange for the facts to be recorded immediately with the deliverer.
You can collect your goods yourself from our warehouse 1 day after order confirmation (no flat-rate postage and packaging charge).
